OUR GOAL

Our goal is to create safe spaces for and provide access to at-promise youth and young adults to flourish, explore, and become oriented to positive citizenry.

OUR PLAN

Through comprehensive mentoring, turn-around programs, assistance with college readiness, introduction to various careers in the justice system, and multiple History and Arts programs, FLC cultivates encouragement for participants.

OUR FOCUS

The core focus areas of our pedagogy are education, leadership, improvement of community relations, reputation management, and self-agency.

Future Leaders California is a youth-development organization dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, education, and the arts. FLC serves at-promise youth in the Antelope Valley through three core initiatives: the Community Attendance Assistance Program (CAAP), the Justice Sunday Arts Initiative (JSAI), and the Teen Talk Initiative. Since its founding, FLC has impacted over 22,000 youth, helping participants gain admission to top institutions like UCLA, NYU, and UC Irvine. Many alumni have gone on to become leaders in law, education, and business.
